Merry Christmas (Yea I worked out)

Even the day before Christmas I found the time to workout. Proving you can do it any day of the year if you want to. I couldn't do any lifting because the gym was closed so I went on a 20 minute run for about 2 miles. I am starting to notice a real difference in my body even though I am holding a lot of water weight because of the protein shakes and beta alanine. Have a happy holiday!

late update

sorry I had internet issues, anyway yesterday I did my first day workout and today I worked out with a trainer. Feel really sore but the random workout will offer stimulation for muscle growth.

Nighttime workout


I ran 1 and 1/2 miles tonight after my workout in the morning. I was trying to avoid soreness after a tough second day. Will defiantly workout again tomorrow.

second workout

had some chicken, cheese, milk, water, and my protein for breakfast and went to the gym today instead of the house. The gym doesn't have a pull up bar so I modified the workout.
25 dumbbell tucks (both sides)
50 push ups
50 dips
50 bench press
50 crunches
1/2 mile sprint
25 dumb bell tucks

DONE!

finished my first workout and it was extremely hard! I felt like throwing up multiple times throughout. The thing that kills me is the fact that you cannot stop.
25 pull ups
50 push ups
50 clean and press
50 box jumps 24 "
50 Floor sweeps
50 curls

About to start the workout. Ate grilled chicken, smoked turkey, glass of milk, protein shake and muscle fatigue fighter. You must eat breakfast to lose weight. If the metabolism is not activated when you are dieting you cannot burn the fat! EAT BREAKFAST!
