second workout

had some chicken, cheese, milk, water, and my protein for breakfast and went to the gym today instead of the house. The gym doesn't have a pull up bar so I modified the workout.
25 dumbbell tucks (both sides)
50 push ups
50 dips
50 bench press
50 crunches
1/2 mile sprint
25 dumb bell tucks
